Where are you located?

We’re inside Queenstown Central Shopping Centre, right above Hallensteins. You can access us via the stairs or lift in the alleyway next to Hallensteins. We’re on the top level, at the end of the corridor on the right.

Where do I park?

We have plenty of parking! The best option is to park in the Kmart car park (3 hours free) and walk across the road.

Do you have showers and changing rooms?

Yes! We have 10 showers and full changing room facilities, including hairdryers, straighteners, mirrors, hooks, and storage so you can freshen up and get on with your day.

What should I bring?

Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable workout gear. We’ve got the rest covered!

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! As long as there are spots left for the month. Just send them this page, have them sign up, and they can join you on the same VIP deal.

What happens after the 7-day trial?
